Reddit Bosses Considering an IPO Now

Reddit is considering an initial public offering, CEO Steve Huffman said at an Internet Association summit in San Francisco. The time frame is pretty far out, adding it he said that going public is the only responsible choice for the company.

Reddit was sold to magazine empire Conde Nast for between Dollar10-20 million in 2006, a year after its founding. Advance Publications, Condes parent firm, eventually spun it off in 2012, however remains its largest stakeholder.
