A $100-million patent infringement lawsuit has hit Kim Kardashian, the Reality TV personality and entrepreneurs West Company.

Tmz.co. reports that the lawsuit is regarding Kim using an illuminated phone case and Kimsaprincesss Incs promotion. For an integrated lighting accessory and case for a mobile phone device in 2013, a man named Hooshmand Harooni filed a patent and claims the complaint.

Kim with a selfie is often promoting her phone case on social media. They want $100 million as she is taking some of their profits, Hooshmand claims so. With 36-year-old star promoting the brand LuMee to her 165 million social media followers, Snaplight insists it has been extremely difficult for them to compete in the selfie case market.
